How to Solve the Overheating Problem on Your Asus Zephyrus G

What could be causing my Asus Zephyrus GA502DU laptop to crash, freeze, and blue screen while gaming?


I have been using this laptop for about 3 or 4 years and it has been working fine until recently. However, in the past month, I have experienced several issues when playing games, especially League of Legends. Sometimes, the fans do not turn on even in performance mode, and the laptop overheats and blue screens. Other times, the game and discord freeze for a minute and then resume. I have tried updating the drivers through GeForce Experience, but the problem persists. I am not sure if this is a hardware or software issue, or how to fix it. I am thinking of taking it to a computer repair shop, but I do not know which one to choose or if it is worth it. Could you please advise me on what could be causing these problems and how to solve them? Thank you.
